The city of East Lansing will kick off its 2009 festival season with the 46th Annual East Lansing Art Festival. This year’s festival take place from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. May 16 and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. May 17. Hands-on children's activities will be hosted by area businesses and organizations, including Michigan State University's Kresge Art Museum.
