New recycling drop-off center opens for 24-hour recycling service

The new Michigan State University Surplus Store and Recycling Center has been open since September, but one addition that has yet to be unveiled is the highly anticipated drop-off center, which will be open 24/7 to the campus and off-campus MSU community.

Lansing mayor candidates to appear on WKAR listener call-in programs

WKAR/AM 870 at Michigan State University will host two live listener call-in programs, “Leading Lansing: Call-Ins with the City’s Mayoral Candidates,” Oct. 20 and 23.

MSU parking office to close Oct. 16-21

The Michigan State University Parking Office will be closed Oct. 16-21.  Operators will be available to answer calls Oct. 16 and Oct. 19-21, but online services, such as paying parking tickets online, purchasing a permit online, and appealing tickets online, will not be available during this time.

MSU Safe Place celebrates 15 years with online auction

Michigan State University Safe Place is celebrating 15 years of serving survivors of domestic violence. In honor of the anniversary, MSU Safe Place is hosting an online auction and will host a reception from 4 to 6 p.m. Oct. 15 at Cowles House at MSU.
