The Michigan State University Extension north regional office is relocating to the Bay View Professional Center in Traverse City.

On June 12, WKAR-TV, along with WLNS and other stations throughout the state, will move to new digital frequencies. In order to continue to receive these stations, television viewers who rely on an antenna will need to rescan their converter box or digital television on June 12, after 10 a.m. Viewers with a cable or satellite service will not be affected by the June 12 changes.

Owen Graduate Hall on the Michigan State University campus will close May 14 for a $10 million summer renovation project that will include new dining options, new community spaces and important upgrades to life safety systems. The hall is scheduled to re-open August 10.

The annual MSU Benefits open enrollment for the 2009-10 benefits plan year will be held from April 20 through May 11. This is the time of year when eligible faculty, staff and retirees can re-evaluate their benefits selections and make changes such as switching health plans, adding or removing dependents or changing life insurance options.
