The Michigan State University Federal Credit Union, or MSUFCU, is now offering e-closing services, and staff will demonstrate how to use these electronic services at 10 a.m., Oct. 29, at the MSUFCU headquarters at 3777 West Road in East Lansing.

New services include applying for a home mortgage on line, sharing documents with attorneys, or submitting mortgage loan documents from home or office via a secure Web site. The touch screen service, a product of Stewart Title, is designed to accommodate all users.

The MSU Federal Credit Union, founded in 1937 by a handful of professors and employees of the university, has grown to be the world’s largest University-based credit union with $1.65 billion in assets serving more than 150,000 members worldwide.
