The deadline to submit program proposals for the 7th annual Michigan State University Women's Leadership Conference has been extended to Oct. 16.

More information on the conference, a complete registration packet and information on submitting a program proposal is available on the Women's Resource Center Web site at http://www.wrc.msu.edu.

This year's conference theme is "The Courage to Lead, The Power to Make a Difference". The conference will be Nov. 8 at the MSU Union. This year's keynote speaker is Ingrid Saunders Jones, an MSU alumni and senior vice president of The Coca-Cola Company and chairperson of The Coca-Cola Foundation.

The conference fee is $10 for MSU students, staff and faculty and $25 for general public. The conference includes three sets of educational sessions and a closing banquet with dinner.
